What It Is

Most sessions founders sit through are passive. An expert talks, founders listen, and everyone leaves with notes they may or may not act on. The information is useful. The format rarely changes what a founder does next.

The PMF Pressure Test inverts that. The founder isn't the audience, the founder is the subject. One at a time, founders put their real business assumptions on the table and defend them out loud while the room watches. The pressure surfaces the decisions a founder has been quietly avoiding, and it does so in front of peers who are silently asking the same questions of themselves. Founders don't leave with notes. They leave having changed their mind, on the record, about the core decisions of their business.

It isn't pitch coaching, and it isn't a lecture. It's a structured diagnostic that operates upstream of go-to-market: who the buyer actually is, what they're losing today, and what the company will stop doing to win them.
